Not satisfied with your product? No problem. We offer a full refund or an exchange for an item of equal value that might suit you better.

You don’t even need to return the item to us. We only ask that you provide a brief explanation, along with a photo or video if possible. Your feedback helps us improve.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product. Requests outside this period will not be eligible.
  2. This policy applies only to cosmetics. Accessories, tools, bundles, and multi-packs are excluded.
  3. This policy is a one-time offer for first-time customers only and cannot be used again for the same product.
  4. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days after approval by our Customer Service Team.
  5. If you used a discount or promotional code, the refund will be based on the discounted amount paid, not the original product price.
  6. Shipping costs are non-refundable due to third-party logistics partnerships.
  7. If your original order qualified for free shipping, but your refund lowers the total below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  8. Free gifts and promotional items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  9. Any misuse or abuse of this policy will result in the loss of refund eligibility.
  10. For all non-makeup products, our standard return policy applies.

Returning Customers – Product Issues

If you're a returning customer and encounter a problem with your order, we’re happy to help under the following conditions:

  1. Your request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. You provide clear evidence (photos or videos) that the item:Arrived damaged, or Is not working as intended.
  3. You may be asked to share the LOT number printed on the product to help us investigate.
  4. If the item was purchased as part of a bundle or multi-pack, only the damaged/faulty item will be refunded or replaced-not the full set.
  5. As our products are cosmetics and hygiene-related, we do not accept physical returns. We encourage you to gift any unwanted products to someone else who may enjoy them.

    Exceptions apply only if Moiré Cosmetics explicitly requests a return. In which case, we will cover all return shipping costs.
